    There are individuals who will make lunches to order from call ins and deliver them to office buildings at about 11:30. Some will also make a dozen plus of 4 or 5 different sandwiches and sell them floor to floor.

    Some of the larger cities have watch is affectionately known as “The Roach Coach”. It looks something like a UPS delivery truck with a fold down door in the side. They pull up to construction sites and other places where they sell prepared food out of warming ovens and shelves.

    For someone who can put in the capital to get the ball rolling and do the marketing, it could make someone a fortune.
