    Your idea is certainly needed.  We found a device that has a patent number here.  The patent date is 1998!  Not sure what is going on with the development of the item,  It is important to note that we could not find any devices that are currently FOR SALE for this type of product.  Why not?  Who knows.  Mysteries of a free market.  Thanks for your submission and your comments in the Don’t Steal My Idea section are exactly why this site exists.
