Your idea seems like a natural lifestyle idea.  We could find no existing restaurants like you presented mostly because of government restrictions against animals and humans eating in the same establishment.  Some states allow dogs into restaurants along with their owner (the dogs can’t eat though) and we found this classy doggy diner The Dining Dog Cafe and Bakery which allows dogs to eat but not the owners, an ‘owners’ restaurant is available ‘upstairs’.  We love the idea, unfortunately most health codes do not.
