So, to be a Christian is to live a moral and higher standard life.  It is to forgive others for their wrongdoings and turn the other cheek.  This importance of forgiving is evidenced in the Lords Prayer:

For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen.



Whether you are a Christian or not, it would be hard to argue against the fact that by following these rules one would have a better quality of life
